Sakura Shinguji is the main character from Sakura Wars. She is a young girl who must learn her fathers Ryu (sword style) before she becomes a member of an elite fighting team. She must go through many different tests before she can become an official master of the sword technique, but when she does, she will be ready.
Once she arrives in Tokyo, she discovers a world she isn't ready for. Between the shocking culture of the city, she also finds herself at odds with other team members, and must learn how to cope with them as well.
