This recipe makes enough for 2, and would also be good with the addition of some cheddar cheese on top. It isn't quite Mexican, isn't quite Italian... but it works. The dish can be made quite spicy depending on if you use hot Italian sausage or hot salsa.

Ingredients
Directions

1. Cut up chicken into cubes, slice up the sausage.
2. Brown the chicken and sausage in seperate pans. The chicken will take longer, so you can perhaps start that a few minutes before you start the sausage.
3. Combine the chicken, sausage, and salsa in one pan.
4. Simmer for 3 minutes.
5. Reduce heat and add corn and cream. Let simmer for another 5 minutes.
