Nabisco, but nowdays many brands exist. The
Premium brand obtained its name from the "Premium" or
first place they took at the St. Joseph,
MO county fair.
All my friends seem to think that the main ingredient in soup is supposed to be saltines. Go figure.
Saltines are a great filler, for when I don't really want to torture myself to the pains of Dining Commons food. Also useful to have people take The Saltine Challenge.
