The city where i live in. Nice place, has very little traffic problems, but is also a big city near São Paulo, in Brazil.
Santo André was born in the XIX century, due to the construction of the São Paulo Railway, or SPR, which started in 1860. Today, Santo André's got 650,000 inhabitants, where +20% of them are teenagers, which makes a hell of a lot easier to find a cool chick or counter-striker. Or even a cool counterstriker chick. :)
