Scooby Doo's cousin who appeared in a few episodes of the
Scooby and Scrappy-Doo series of episodes. He was also
Scrappy Doo's uncle. As his name implies,
Scooby Dumb was much dumber then his cousin. Must be rough
going through life with the last name Dumb. Scooby Dumb would never actually do much to help solve the mystery. He would be in the group with
Shaggy and Scooby that saw the ghost first and cowered while
Velma figured it out.
Scooby spoke with a very Southern accent, not unlike Cletus the Slack Jawed Yokel. He resembled Scooby Doo, but was grey, had buck teeth, and a red hat his ears poked out of.
Scooby Doo and Scooby Dumb had an elaborate handshake they would do whenever together.
