Selective Assassination as an Instrument of National Policy is an official United States government document published during the 1960s but later published in 1990 by Paladin Press.

     In its 56 pages contains information on how to select targets, the use of weapons, the training and preparation of personnel, and effective measures for an adequate cover-up. The purpose of this book is not to to encourage assassination, but rather justify assassination as a means to forward political agendas.

     It is a rare book but is found in the most surprising spots, such as Yahoo books. It usually costs around 8 dollars or in Britain 6 pounds.
