These I learned while in the army. Recall that people in Signals always have a great deal of equipment with them, but never enough for what they actually need to do. So "cooperation" with other units is always an opportunity to refill depleted stocks.

- A Signal Corpsman must carry a screwdriver on his person and have timely access to a bolt cutter at all times.
