In Brit parlance, rolling a spliff, or cannabis cigarette, using skins, or cigarette papers. The average British spliff usually contains a tobacco base which is then laced with bud or hash. I have found that most of the 'skinner-uppers' I know tend to use cigarette tobacco from cigarettes, as opposed to proprietary rolling tobacco: it has a milder flavour, interfering less with yer weed. There are many methods of skinning up. The preferred local method of my place of origin is to use three papers: two stuck together end to end by the glue of a third. A four-paper, longer version, rolled thicker at one end in a vaguely cone-shaped arrangement, is generally produced if the spliff is for sharing with many people (or just if you feel greedy) See: Camberwell Carrot.
