responsibility. For some problems, for each
somebody in the world, the
problem is
somebody else's--and therefore it's
nobody's problem, which means
everybody can safely ignore it until one day it leads to the end of
life as we know it.
Also an indication that somebody has read Douglas Adams' books too many times, especially when followed by the word Field.
