A 60s singing duo, hosts of a 70s variety show. Sonny Bono and his then-wife Cher, who worked in Los Angeles for Phil Spector - she was a backup singer of last resort (you can hear her, e.g., on the Ronettes' "Be My Baby", IIRC); he was a drummer and Spector's right-hand man. My faves are "Baby Don't Go" and "Sing C'est La Vie", but they're remembered for "The Beat Goes On" and "I Got You Babe", which became the theme songs for their show. Divorce put a damper on the TV partnership.
