This is a very simple and fast recipe that will please everybody. I've made it for my boyfriend many times and he always gets excited when I tell him we're having spaghetti pie for dinner. I have always made a vegetarian version, but you're welcome to improvise with your choice of carnivorous ingredients. You can use any type of vegetable you prefer, but here's a basic guide of how to make the dish.

  • Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. of spaghetti
  • 4oz. of mozarella cheese
  • 1 10 oz. package of frozen spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • healthy dash of garlic salt
  • healthy dash of coriander
  • dash of pepper
  • Directions:
  • Cook the spaghetti until done.
  • Place spaghetti and all ingredients in a round medium sized casserole dish.
  • Mix well.
  • Sprinkle the top with any remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese on top is a golden brown.
  • Tips:
  • This dish tastes great with spinach flavored pasta noodles.
  • I've also used a can of diced tomatoes in the dish, which is also great.
  • Sliced fresh mushrooms compliment the dish well when using spinach.
  • Egg whites work too if you prefer to use them.

I hope everyone enjoys the dish!
