Stephen Kin-ryu Jien Hayes, was the first American student of Soke Hatsumi Masaaki. First American to recieve a Shidoshi in Togakure Ryu Ninpo. Brought Ninpo to the United States, and established the first non-japanese Bujinkan dojo. An ordained mikkyo priest, and an accomplished actor and writer, he also founded the To Shin Do cirriculum.
