Steve Hackett, the former lead guitarist for Genesis, had a long solo career after leaving the band. Specializing in funky, progressive orchestral rock, he released many albums, and all that goodness. Some of his more prominent works were Spectral Mornings and Please Don't Touch. Lots of flute and organ and orchestral pieces mixed in with hard, powerful guitar licks. Hackett writes a couple songs that give you goosebumps.
