Stick Stickly was one of my favorite
Nickelodeon characters, but sadly he was only around for 1997 and 1998. He was a popsicle stick with eyes, a yellow nose, and a smily face mouth. I guess this makes him a
puppet. He hosted "Nick in the Afternoon", and a few other segments. He even had a catchy song he sang to get you to write him.
"Write to me, Stick Stickly, P.O. Box 963, New York City, New York State, 10108!"
It really was catchy, and it's forever stuck in my mind now. I just searched Google, and I'm not the only one who remembers this song.
Lamentably, Nickelodeon now has no use for him now since they can show Spongebob Squarepants and Rugrats 4 times a day.
