Sugar Pill was the second and last album released by The Moon Festival, a rock band from Dallas, Texas. There is clear inspiration from Elvis Costello, The Beatles, and Buddy Holly on this album. After this album the Nourallah brothers had a falling out, and Salim Nourallah went on to make the group The Happiness Factor, which continues much of the tradition of The Moon Festival.

As of April 2002, Salim Nourallah has announced that he is remastering the Sugar Pill album. Some tracks might be cut from this new version as well as some tracks being added. Expected release will be around July 2002.

All of the songs are by Salim Nourallah, unless marked otherwise.

Sugar Pill is also the title song from the album.
I was alone, I took a ride, I didn't know what I would find
I saw some homes, all in a row, in stately elegance, felt jealous inside
I stopped the car, and stepped outside, and picked a rock off of the ground
And aimed it at the biggest window I found
Made quite a sound

Sugar Pill (oh, yeah)
I need to find a Sugar pill (oh, no)
Cause all I want to do is kill (aah...)
Yeah, all I want to do is..

Friday night in my small town, I thought I'd crash the senior dance
Put on my suit, my Beatle boots, slicked back my hair, and poisoned my mom's fat cat
Once on the scene, some beauty queen chassed in her Victorian gown
I stook my foot out, and watched her tumble on down
I'm such a foul clown

Sugar Pill (oh, yeah)
I need to find a Sugar pill (oh, no)
Cause all I want to do is kill (aah...)
Yeah all I want to do is..

Sugar Pill (oh, yeah)
I need to find a Sugar pill (oh, no)
Cause all I want to do is kill (aah...)
Yeah all I want to do is..

I've been mean and rotten and loathsome down to the bone
I've been cruel and common to everyone I've ever known.

Oh, yeah!
Oh, no!
Oh... (oh..)

Sugar Pill (oh, yeah)
I need to find a Sugar pill (oh, no)
Cause all I want to do is kill (aah...)

All I want to do
All I want to do
All I want to do
All I want to do-ooh-ooh
All I want to do-ooh-ooh
All I want to do-ooh-ooh
