The Rat Pack's legendary 1960 series of shows at the Sands hotel and casino in Las Vegas, which ran from January 26 through February 16. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Sammy Davis, Jr., Joey Bishop, and Peter Lawford were in town filming Ocean's Eleven; by day they filmed, then took the stage at night for a two-week party that cemented their image as the swingin' arbiters of American cool. At least one member of the group would be performing, but sometimes, two, three, or even all five showed up. The shows were so popular that every hotel room in Vegas was booked for the duration. Then-Democratic Presidential contender John F. Kennedy even attended one performance.

The name was an allusion to the meeting of world leaders Dwight D. Eisenhower, Nikita Khrushchev, and Charles DeGualle that was taking place at the time. The show has recently been recreated by a troupe of celebrity impersonaters.
