The Swanton Bomb is the
Hardy Boys' finisher. As far as
popping a crowd goes, this definitely works. The ladies, they love them Hardy Boys, and the more
hardcore professional wrestling fans appreciate the aerial stunts the Hardy's perform. It's performed by
Jeff Hardy. The Swanton Bomb is the same as a
Senton Bomb, and to perform it, you need to:
Have an opponent face up, near a turnbuckle.
Climb to the top turnbuckle.
Strech your body all the way by pointing both hands straight up in the air. (This will aid your downward momentum and trajectory. TWAJS.)
Jump off the turnbuckle, flip over.
Land on your opponent (hopefully), landing across his chest, hitting him with your back.
Listen to the crowd go crazy.
