With the biggest Malaysian telephone company, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, behind it TMNetcertainly do not lack resources. They are certainly well advertised in the local Malaysian Media.
However, TMNet have the not so enviable reputation of mail and news servers going down at inappropriate times, and even in cases lost of users mail. Hence, the quite common cases of TMNet users defecting to the other ISP Jaring.
Despite that fact, many Jaring users have TMNet accounts. Possibly due to the local loops connection to TMNet dialup nodes tend to have better line quality and less congested.
