Someone who once occupied themselves with TabNet activity (messages or meets), be they oldschool or no, be they tabcore or no. A tabber does not have to currently tab to qualify as such, only to once have tabbed at a sufficient level to have their absence remarked upon by other inhabitants of the echomail network.
