cryptic,
disembodied voice speaks these words suddenly and then disappears into the
darkness.
More recently the Chemical Brothers used the phrase, probably as some kind of tribute, or maybe just an attempt to channel the divine trippiness of the Beatles' soundsmithery. The words were written really big across the CD insert to their mixtape "Brothers Gonna Work It Out", and were also on some of the related promotional materials for that cd. I have a t-shirt i won on the astralwerks website with the words written on the front, and every time i wear it i have to spent a lot of time explaining to random people what the t-shirt means. So from now on i'm just going to refer anyone who asks to this node.
