Terminal City Ricochet, 1990. Directed by Zale Dalen.

An ultra-rare (in the United States) Canadian film, about a future where rock music is outlawed, and life is like bad t.v., and we are all controlled by the government. In the U.S., only the soundtrack is available from Alternative Tentacles. It is notable not only for the fact that it has never been released in the U.S., but because it features Jello Biafra (as a hitman) and Joey Shithead from D.O.A..

The soundtrack is actually the genesis for Jello's later collaborations with D.O.A. and Nomeansno.

The name derives from "Terminal City" a nickname for Vancouver, which is where I believe the film takes place.
