Primary Plot:
Garibaldi meets
William Edgars and is put through several
tests to prove his
loyalty. Garibaldi agrees to turn over Sheridan to
President Clark's forces in order to
expedite Edgars' plan.
Secondary Plot:
Lyta helps
Dr. Franklin learn how to
revive the
comatose telepaths that were altered by the
Shadows.
Sheridan tells Franklin exactly what he needs the telepaths for, which severely
spooks out Franklin.
