The New Zealand incarnation of The Royal Society. Based in Wellington it's puts much of it's effort into grass-roots and secondary school science education, making resource packs available on a wide variety of science topics.

Follows of the Royal Society of New Zealand use the acronym FRSNZ which is less prestigious than the FRS used by Follows of the Royal Society, but still a very big thing in these parts.

The Royal Society of New Zealand has very few actual members, most of it's members are via constituent societies, which are typically subject specific, such as the Entomological Society of New Zealand or the New Zealand Association of Mathematics Teachers.
