The Tear Garden is a musical collaboration between several members of the Legendary Pink Dots and former Skinny Puppy member cEvin Key.
The Tear Garden started in the late 80's when Edward Ka-Spel of the Legendary Pink Dots met cEvin, and decided to work together.
It may be of note that To be an angel blind, the crippled soul dividewas originally meant to be To be an angel blind the cripple soul divide, but Nettwerk fucked up the title, as they are infamous for doing.
