Character of sitcom The Cosby Show. Played by Malcolm Jamal Warner. He was a generally good kid who got into trouble occasionally. Usually hung around his friend Cockroach. Although he was a bright kid, he did poorly in school due to his dyslexia, which was not diagnosed until he was in college. He goes to college at NYU were he studies psychology. He comes back to run a community center. A famous scene has him with his father, Heathcliff Huxtable, debating about life. Heathcliff gives him Monopoly money and Theo creates a fake budget consisting of fabulous clothes, a studio apartment in New Jersey, and cereal and bologna for food.
