Used sometimes as a commment in source code, for instance after a set of tests, to say that a piece of code should never be executed in a normal course of events, but is being put there just in case. Also used to say that a certain political or social situation is so spectacularly improbable as to be impossible, except if you happen to have an Infinite Improbability Drive in your spaceship.
