Usually found near the beef jerky, the Tijuana Mama is a pickled sausage type thing in a bright orange package. It is manufactured by the makers of Penrose, and is made with pork, chicken, and beef. The Tijuana Mama is artifically colored, and is pickled in artificially colored vinegar. They are inspected and passed by the United States Department of Agriculture.
Surprisingly enough, the Tijuana Mama actually tastes pretty good. It has a bit of a spicy flavor, and an interesting texture. Granted, it is probably lethal in large quantities, but it makes for a tasty yumyum in a pinch.
