That's Sir Tim Rice, proles.
What, did you sleep through 1994? It's not every lyricist who gets knighted.

Okay, that being said, some of us remember a time pre-Elton, pre-Disney, when Rice was collaborated with a composer by the name of Andrew Lloyd Webber. Together, they created Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which put them on the musical theatre map, although most folks know songs from their later Jesus Christ Superstar and Evita. In addition to his work for Disney with Alan Menken (Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, King David) and Elton John (The Lion King, Aida), he has written songs with John Barry, Lalo Schifrin, Marvin Hamlisch, Burt Bacharach, Paul McCartney, and Vangelis for albums and movies. (Anyone remember the theme to Octopussy? Anyone?)

Arguably the most famous person to beat The Curse of being named Tim.
