"tito" (pronounced tee-toe, with the emphasis on the first syllable) is the tagalog word for "uncle".

note the similarity to the spanish word for "uncle", that being "tio". tagalog, being the main dialect of the philippines, has the spanish language as one its strongest linguistic influences, owing to the philippines being conquered by spain via ferdinand magellan during the days of the conquistadors.

in terms of usage, "tito" can be used as either a title prefacing a man's name (as in, tito ben) or as a noun ("tatlong tito" or "three uncles").

"tito" as a name, however, is just wrong.

The acronym TITO, in computer user language, stands for "Trash In, Trash Out". If you tell the computer to do something, it will do it. If you accidentally tell your computer to FDISK your C:\, the computer will FDISK your C:\; this is not the computers fault. Therefore, this means that computers are never wrong, users are wrong.
