Tommy Page was a
bubblegum rocker. Following in the steps of
New Kids on the Block he opened for
Tiffany and become a
teen pop icon for a week. He had a few hits in the early
90's. His single "
I'll Be Your Everything" (background vocals by
New Kids on The Block) hit
Billboard at number 1 in 1990. He later released a few more albums that didn't fare too well here, but were huge hitsin
Japan. He was a
goody-two shoes, and never went for a bad boy image.
I must admit, I had quite a
crush on him. I still own all of his US-sold cds, and I got to meet him when I was in sixth grade. His songs are sentimental and sappy, kind of like me.
