A brand of tortila corn chips made by the Lays division of Pepsico. They are packaged in giant plastic bags, colorfully marked with Mexican-looking glyphs. They come in many styles (BBQ, white corn, etc.) and are often stacked next to cans of salsa dip in stores, as the salsa is also made by the same company.

The salsa, just like the chips, come in many different favors, such as garlic, mild and hot and heavy. These chips make excellent snacks that can be consumed at any time.

Refrigeration of the salsa is highly recommended. It goes well with coca cola. Which is an irony because pepsi is affiliated with Lays. My favorite combination is the white corn chips with the mild salsa, but opinions can differ.
