Tricolour

1 part Cointreau
1 part Baileys Irish Cream
1 part creme de menthe

The Tricolour is a tasty layered drink fashioned to look like the Irish tricolour flag. In a lowball glass, gently layer equal portions of creme de menthe, Baileys Irish Cream, and Cointreau, in that order. The specific gravities of the various liqueurs should keep the green creme de menthe on the bottom, the white Bailey's in the middle, and the orange cointreau on the top. The result should be a cocktail that looks like an Irish flag tipped over on its side. Drink it in one go, or nurse with relish over an entire evening. Enjoy!
