Sam Shepard. Chilling as it is, this dramatic story is a
comedy, in which two
brothers of what seems
opposite personalities meet again after 5 years.
Austin, writing a screenplay, seems to be the intellectually superior of the two, but the physically weaker as well. Lee has just returned from the desert.
By the end of the play, it is clear that the appearances of the brothers mean nothing as indications of personal abilities, and the two clashing personalities turn out to be so very identical....
