An excellent
strategic and
tactical computer game that was released in
1994. You got to control a crack
squad of
elite troops from around the world to
annihilate the
Alien Menace, and
capture then
research both the
aliens and their
technology.
In some areas it was released under the title XCOM: Earth Defence
It remains my favorite game of all time, even after 6 years.
