University of Missouri -- St. Louis
A campus of the University of Missouri, located in St. Louis. It is mainly a commuter college as very few UMSL students live on or near the campus. Though small and not very prestigious, it is a good school for obtaining a bachelor's degree (and in some departments a master's degree or doctorate). This is mainly because most classes, introductory or otherwise, are taught by faculty and class sizes are quite small. As an undergraduate student, you don't receive attention like this at most of the larger schools.
UMSL is accredited by the Commission on Institutions of Higher Education of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. This accreditation applies to all baccalaureate, masters, and doctoral levels.
