Un"gui*form (?), a. [HCI guidelines un- not + GUI graphical user interface + -form having]

Lacking a graphical user interface; presenting a batch mode interface or a text based (usually curses-based) interface, or a command line interface.

Guiformized programs often remain largely unguiform. For instance, any (X)Emacs hacker worth h\(er\|is\) salt uses the original Emacs control keys, not some baby talk off a menubar.

Intercalated computer programs are often unguiform.

Amusingly, someone with claws would probably do better with a GUI.

Un"gui*form (?), a. [L. unguis a nail or claw + -form.]

Having the form of a claw or claws.
