Over the years, I have accumulated
quite a number of interesting
valentines,
but none warm my heart so much as the
ones from my darling brother:
Lemon is bitter,
Sugar is sweet;
I hear one more titter,
It's you I shall
beat.
Smelly is pitch,
Sticky is tar;
If you give me a hitch
I'll take you to a bar.
And my all-time favorite:
Seltzer is bubbly,
Water is calm;
You may be ugly, but you've still got charm.
