Venturers is a section of Scouts Australia, as well as the scouting organizations of other countries.

It is for youth members of Scouts Australia who are between the ages of 14 to 18, and focuses mainly on self-governance and development of leadership skills.

Venturers are given more responsibility than most of the other sections, setting their own goals for their badgework, doing their own programming, and generally being allowed to cause havoc.

As a Venturer a scout can work towards the highest badge available in scouting, the Queen Scout Award. This award is similar to a Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award, and is worn throughout the scouting career of the recipient.

The Venturer section colour is Maroon, and their logo is a letter V stylized to look like a Fleur-de-leys. The plural for a group of Venturers is a unit.

Members who have completed their time in Venturers and are looking to go up do their link badge and become a Rover.
