These are the multivitamins I've been taking, and they're awesome! I don't know if it's the placebo effect, but I honestly feel like I have more energy when I take these in the morning. I should also note that these vitamins are "Potency TestedTM by individual laboratories", suitable for vegetarians and diabetics. And... it also makes your pee bright yellow, like Mountain Dew, or Lemon-Lime Gatorade. But at least you know you're getting all of the bee pollen you need.
