A
community college in
Marietta, OH. Not seen as a
real college by most people who attend there. Sometimes it seems like the majority of the students are either
senior citizens who are
auditing the classes for free, or
high school students who carry at least a 2.0
GPA an thus are eligible for the
PSEO program.
Though a small college and in a relatively closed-minded area, really not all that bad. (Though none of the students will ever admit that to your face...)
A large variety of associate degree, transfer, and vocational programs are available, as well as the opportunity to receive degrees higher than Associate in a few of the programs, such as nursing. (It is possible to receive a Master's degree in Nursing from other colleges, but only attending classes on the campus of WSCC.)
