Utterance of suprise, generally used when one is hit with something profound. Often associated with the terminally stoned, for whom nearly everything seems profound. Maybe it's the sound of neurons imploding.

Also used when one it suprised by meaningful coincidence. E.g: when one's smart-ass remark winds up accidentally being on-topic and insightful.

Fits with standard definition as in Whoa. (slow down, this freaked my brain.)
