Wichita Falls is located in the north-central part of Texas, about 10 miles from the Oklahoma border. It's about 2 hours from both Dallas/Ft Worth and Oklahoma City. It is located in "Tornado Alley". The average high temperature in the summer is 95 degrees and in the winter 57 degrees. The population is about 100,000 and it has most big-city features (mall, movie theaters, etc). It is home to Sheppard AFB, where ENJJPT is conducted
