Activity

In Rational ClearCase, and activity is a container for a set of changes performed under a task. An activity may be used to identify all the code changed under a bug fix or an enhancement request.

This allows a build manager, developer or project leader quickly see what changes were made by a developer or team of developers and track those changes to their origin.
