An insult, often heard on Beavis and Butthead. I can't decide whether they're calling each other pieces of used toilet paper, or implying that they wipe other people's asses.

Individually wrapped pieces of scented toilet paper that you can use after you take a dump in the woods. Much better than using poison ivy or your hand.

The fact that they are individually wrapped helps keep them from getting dirty, as a normal roll of toilet paper would if you carried it around in your backpack.
