Named by Cincinnati Reds great and baseball's all-time hits leader Pete Rose. Involves faking a bunt when the pitcher starts his motion towards the plate, then pulling the bat back and looping a hit over the drawn-in infielders. As the hit king ran to first base, the pitcher would call him a bastard. Not the most creative name, but a sweet play. Note: Pete Rose is a bad man.
