the byproduct of
arc welding,
tig welding,
high intensity discharge lights,
lightning,
bug zappers or just about any
electric discharge. unrivaled in intensity or hue. once you've seen this type of light (usually indirectly as direct exposure can
burn your retnias), you'll never mistake it for anything else.
the quantity, contrast and hue of the beautiful blue light makes it very hyptonizing. i'm unusally attracted to this type of light, which is ironic, as nearly every source of this type of light will kill you if you get too close to it.
but it's so damn pretty!
