blowback

CIA slang for negative press generated due to exposed covert operations. Blowback is a real pain in the ass for the "Company", because it can have any number of effects that interfere with smooth operation in the future - public demand for higher accountability, government interference to prevent further potential scandal, and funding cuts.

Term given to the practice of sharing marijuana smoke between individuals. Bascially, one stoner takes a hit and then exhales the smoke to his/her partner, usually by making out.
