A relatively rare form of
surface piercing. The piercing does not enter the mouth, but merely curves around the
chin. Usually
vertical, but
horizontal is possible. Appropiate
body jewelry is either a large
diameter captive bead ring or
curved barbell.
Rejection does not seem to be a problem with this piercing.
