A cymbal similar to a crash in size, but with a gong-like sound. Unlike other cymbals, most Chinese cymbals curve upward at the outer inch of the edge.

A variation of the typical Chinese cymbal is the China Kang made by Sabian. It has a sound and size much more like a splash than a crash. China Kangs may be stacked.
