"Design scientist" for short.

One who plans, develops, and engineers things,
taking as many factors into consideration as possible,
with the intention and expectation of global success,
motivated by the obvious synergy of networking in general,
which has demonstrated that any increase in networking
yields an immediate greater increase in use-value wealth,
making human suffering and arbitrary constraint
obsolete, expensive, unneccessary,
and eradicable to immense global profit.

The term was coined and initially elaborated by Buckminster Fuller in his book Synergetics.
